1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Pop Puff website and any services offered through it ahead of our South East London launch. By using the site, you agree to them.
2. Brand & content
All photography, copy, recipes, drink names (Ruby, Zing, Bao, Tamar) and the Pop Puff name and logo are the property of Pop Puff. Please don't reproduce, modify or republish without our written permission.
3. Pricing & availability
Prices and items shown on the site are indicative and may change at the counter. Availability of specific puff puff flavours and drinks is subject to daily stock.
4. Catering, events & partnerships
Catering and event bookings are confirmed in writing. A deposit may be required. Lead times, minimum orders, cancellation terms and allergen handling are agreed per booking. Partnership and press enquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Allergens & safety
Our products may contain wheat, milk, egg, soy and nuts and are made in a kitchen that handles all major allergens. Always confirm allergen information in person before ordering.
6. Liability
We work hard to keep this site accurate, but we can't guarantee it's error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Pop Puff isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
