Our puff puff dough
Flour, water, sugar, yeast, salt and a little vanilla, with nutmeg used in some batches, fried in vegetable oil. There is no egg and no butter in the dough itself.
Toppings, sauces and drinks bring their own ingredients, and those come from suppliers whose declarations we check individually. We prepare and fry everything in one small kitchen that also handles wheat, milk, egg, soya and nuts, so we cannot promise any item is free from cross-contact. Pistachio Dream contains nuts. Please talk to us about allergens before you order — we would always rather check than guess.
Classic Sugar
Dough plus fine sugar.
